Chromatography & Spectroscopy
The most widely used separation method is chromatography , which has applications in all branches of science. Chromatography encompasses a wide variety of important methods of separation of materials and allows to separate the components, furthermore isolated and identified. Many of these separations are impossible with other separation methods.
In chemistry, Spectrophotometry is the quantitative measurement of the reflection or transmission properties of a substance as a function of wavelength. In this method, using the amount of light absorption of the samples, their concentration is determined. It can also be used to analyse DNA and RNA samples.
